Job Title: Non standard mechanical design engineer

Work location: Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province

Number of recruits: 5 people

Job requirements:

1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics or related fields;

2. Work experience: 2 years or more of experience in non-standard mechanical design, with priority given to those with experience in the medical, automotive, electronic equipment, and process control industries;

3. Professional knowledge: Familiar with mechanical design principles, automation equipment design and manufacturing processes, proficient in common transmission, pneumatic, hydraulic and other system designs;

4. Software skills: Proficient in using drawing software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG, etc. for 3D modeling and drawing;

5. Innovation consciousness: Possess good innovation consciousness and strong learning ability, able to independently complete the design and optimization of non-standard equipment;

6. Communication skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, able to cooperate smoothly with various departments to ensure project progress;

7. English proficiency: Possess good English reading and communication skills, able to read relevant technical materials and engage in technical communication.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall design of non-standard automation equipment, including structural, transmission, pneumatic, hydraulic and other system designs;

2. Participate in the requirement analysis in the early stage of the project, develop design plans, select equipment and budget costs;

3. Complete the establishment of equipment 3D models, drawing of engineering drawings, and writing of design documents;

4. Cooperate with departments such as procurement, production, and commissioning to ensure the quality of equipment production and assembly;

5. Optimize and improve existing equipment to enhance its performance and stability;

6. Participate in research and introduction of new technologies, continuously improving the professional abilities of individuals and teams;

7. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
